“Historic hotel, Abe Lincoln stayed bere in 1861 on the way to his inauguration, that had been restored /rebuilt and modernized.”

“the matrices would leave a whole. the bed were squeaky. No soap. dirty bed sheets with stains and hair. they need to rebuild the whole hotel”

“So when we got there there was no check in desk and the guy said on text that we need to go across the street to motel 6 to get a key card and pin for our door and when we got to motel 6 the lady said that she doesn’t know anything about the hotel next door and basically the guy lied and scammed us and we didn’t get see our room”

“Room was a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes there were about 3 flys in my room the bed sheets smelled horrible”

“Sheets had holes in them and looked dirty, had to buy new clean sheets to place over it. The room had a strong odor, lights were dim as hell, bought and installed my own. Door looked like it had been kicked in after a police drug bust. On the bright side the A/C was operational during a heat wave.”

“To many noise. The room near the expressway made it impossible for me to sleep all night.”

“Very nice clean room. Nice size and comfortable for our family of 5. Very modern bathroom. Breakfast buffet was great complete with pancake and waffle iron.”

“We were initially given keys to a room that was already occupied. Kind of embarrassing to open the door to find someone is staying in there.”

“What a horrible place. Booked through Expedia, no mention that the pool was closed, that was the only reason I booked to stay there. No warning, nothing from Expedia and nothing from staff from hotel. How this place is in operation is beyond me. I highly recommend if you are considering to stay here, don't. Our a/c unit barely worked, and staff claimed it was because the a/c units work on motion detection. What a crock of BS. Staff is horrible and location is not great. Definitely look elsewhere……

“We were SO pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was ! We needed a place reasonably priced for the 4th of July and everything was booked or very expensive. This hotel was a good price and the room was spotless ! Staff was super nice. Hotel was updated. Great experience.”
