“My stay at the American was memorable. I was there for the monthly play reading and could not believe how pumping the restaurant was for a Monday night. Talk about vibe. Food was delicious, and the interior design was fun and energetic. Pat at the front desk was so helpful to me at check-in. I felt that, as a solo traveler, she gave me extra care. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.”

“Walked in around noon and the front desk employee was on her cell phone. I waited, and when she didn’t acknowledge me, I said hello. She responded in a rude and clearly annoyed tone, “Can I help you?” as if I was bothering her. I explained that I had a reservation, and she simply said, “Come back after 3:00,” with no effort to assist or provide any courtesy. Very poor customer service. Front desk staff should be welcoming and professional, and this was the complete opposite. If you are looking……

“The room was cleaned every other day. The towels were replaced upon request. There were no information about the lack of cooking utensils. The staff was friendly but they had no training to inform us about the nearest restaurants, gas station etc. A list on their desk would have been helpful. The bar tender was alone and had no training to serve. breakfast was ok but you had to buy it. We had a problem with keys. The first day they deactivated although we had three night s stay. that……

“Ac works when it wants to, alot of the furniture had rust on it (paint chipped sp the underneath is exposed and rusted),. Alot if parking, vending machine reasonably priced. Front desk employees i encountered were nice”
