“Great turn of the century Victorian home . We enjoyed our stay very much . Nice simple breakfast and friendly host.”

“The only problem was the fact that the room we booked was in a basement with no windows and a very strong musty smell. The good thing was that Rodger was able to accommodate us by switching rooms and those rooms were very nice. He made a lovely breakfast.”

“Emaculate historic inn within a couple blocks of many ships and restaurants. The owners very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant is most likely the best in town. A must stay when visiting Black Mountain.”

“It is a beautiful house very well maintained while keeping the Victorian feel. It is decorated very nicely and the staff were all very friendly. Great views from the wrap around porch and the other sitting areas out back. The fire pit sitting area looked very nice but it was to warm to use it. The breakfast services were all very good. We will definitely be returning to this B&B again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a laid back retreat in a history home.”

“This hotel was exactly what we were looking for in Asheville. The Blind Tiger is a property where you can feel as removed or involved with the other guests and staff as you desire. We had an awesome little cottage to ourselves, would visit the main house for breakfast and to chat with the staff, but overall felt pleasantly unbothered in our accommodation and were able top easily come and go and walk downtown as we pleased. This is a definite recommended stay!”
