“DISGUSTING. We found BED BUGS in our room while traveling with our 3-year-old. We had to strip our child immediately out of fear she’d been exposed. Absolutely horrifying as a parent. “Was supposed to be here for 2 nights, first night first room, TV not working, Wifi not working and no hot water! Moved me to a new room turned out to have the same issues. When I reached the hotel for the second night I was told. there is still no hot water so left the hotel and stayed elsewhere. The room was booked in advance and have contacted the hotel via Expedia twice to try and get a refund for at least the second night and not heard from them at all.”
