“All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.”

“The hotel is good in concept, but let down by maintenance and provision of kitchen items. We had 2 rooms with kitchen with 2 people per room. 1 room had only 1 set of dishes and cutlery. Neither kitchen sink had a plug. No dishcloth or brush for washing dishes. Hotel provided tea bags, coffee, milk but no sugar. Body wash dispensers in shower were not refilled. Bathroom light in 102 had faulty motion sensor. One room had no bath towels provided. Bathroom door in 102 would not close. Decent,……

“Never again. Obviously a dhss hostel. Wafer thin walls and doors slamming till 4am every night. Would nt check me in cos I had no photo I'd, and had to change the name on my booking to my work mates even though I'd paid in full. Wouldn't wish a stay here for my worst enemy”

“I had liver and onions for evening meal. It was over cooked as the liver was crumbling as I ate it. The bed was uncomfortable ..mattress was cheap and the bed wobbled every time you moved keeping my wife awake as I moved in the night. Sue, manager was brilliant , very attentive and polite.”

“Spacious room , very clean , pleasant helpful front of house , quiet great nights sleep , 5-10 min walk to airport depending on how quick or slow you walk , plenty of car parking ( daily charge for parking) it's not a thousand pound a night hotel or a five pound a night b&b but a fair priced mid market value for money hotel”
