"Firstly the hotel is in a great position between the Castle and the Cathedral. The staff are always welcoming and their main aim is always to make your visit as memorable as possible. The rooms are tastefully decorated and everything works as it should. Each room we have stayed in has had a virtually new and immaculate bathroom. I can't fault there hotel or is staff at all. Well done White Hart."

Forest Pines Spa & Golf Resort

Forest Pines Spa & Golf Resort

8/10 Good
"The staff were lovely and very welcoming, and the hotel was exactly what we were looking for — somewhere comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were generally clean, although they could have benefited from a little more attention to dusting. There are also a couple of small improvements that I think would really help elevate the rooms and potentially the hotel’s star rating. Smart TVs would be a great addition, allowing guests to use services such as Netflix, and replacing the shower curtains over the baths with proper shower screens would make a noticeable difference. The gym and swimming pool were both really good and a great addition to the hotel. The signage around the hotel could perhaps be improved, as it can feel a little like a maze when trying to find your way around. The breakfast was really nice, with a good choice of options, and represented good value for money. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt the hotel provided everything we needed for a good one-night break. With a few small improvements, it could be even better."
