The room wasn’t ready when we got there at 8:30pm. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. We had to park next to a backhoe all the way behind the building and carry our luggage thru a dumpster area to get to the front door. The room was ok but a bit stuffy. The sausage and eggs for the breakfast was cold and awful

The first room we were given already had people in it. So we were given a second room which had ants and the third room they gave us was filthy and smelled so bad. I ended up leaving and driving home.

The staff at this hotel was great and the lobby was nice. The rooms however need updated, deep cleaned, and repaired . We had a giant hole in our wall and tiles missing from the bathroom. The phone in the room did not work properly and there was no front desk information so when we needed something we would have to physically leave the room and walk to the front desk. The TV channels were also all mixed up and only a select few channels worked. Will not be staying here again.

We checked in the day that this hotel became a Best Western. All of the mattresses were new. The staff was overwhelmed but still did a grwat job!

Theres a whole bunch of different hotels to stay at right in this area dont choose this one stick to hilton or marriot place was dirty workers looked like tweakers pool was "under construction"

The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the physical appearance, both inside and out was nice. On the negative side, the outside highway noise was noticeable throughout the night, and our room showed definite signs of age … the couch in our sitting area should be replaced immediately because it is stained and significantly worn. Also, the coffee maker in our room was designed to use K cups, but they provided individual coffee “pouches” (like tea bags), which we did not think would work properly with our coffee maker … Fortunately, we brought our own K-cups that worked fine. Having said all that, the price was very reasonable and we did not regret staying there.

One thing that would have been helpful is a message about changing names from Erie hotel to best Western. This was a little confusing but we were able to figure it out.

Was in process of changing over to Best Western which we were not informed when making reservation. We loved the walk-in shower and the beds were very comfy. All in all the hotel was clean and well kept, the manager was not overly friendly but cleaning ladies always spoke. Representatives from Best Western were there and I feel they should have acknowledged us since we were practically the only guests and saw them every morning at breakfast. Maybe they could have gotten some feed back from 2 guests
