When you tell somebody that there is breakfast in the morning, it’s probably best that you wake up to get breakfast ready for your? I watched about 10 people try to get into the lobby for the breakfast that was promised to everyone.

The property needed updated. The bathroom door stuck on the uneven floor. The faucets in the bathroom were loose on the sink and very hard to turn. There was a odor on the room, bought air freshener to get through the night. Wrecked car sitting on the property.

Great relaxing outdoor pool. Pool deck is very nice. Property grounds are maintained beautifully. Room was a nice size. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was updated with a nice window and new tub/shower faucet, handle and shower head. Everything is very clean and super nice! The location is perfect--extremely convenient to Waldameer Park, Presque Isle State Park, Sara's and I-79.

Had to wait to check in. No one at desk and then they were waiting on a customer on the phone. You should always address the customer in the room first. There should be instructions on how to use the TV and a curtain in the bathroom window for privacy. Also would be nice to have 1 full length mirror in each room for guests. It wasn't bad these suggestions would elevate the experience

Needs a deep clean underneath the surface like the walls could be wiped down but wasnt too dirty though. Chris the maintenance guy tried hitting on my wife which he needs fired from the place. The room was nice beds and comfy. The shower was nice and hot water instantly and clean towels. It was quiet at nights and the pool was amazing, they should put some pool toys for guest though just a thought. The parking was great, you can park right in front of your room. You can hangout right outside of room with the comfy adriondack chairs provided. It was a cool place to stay and would do it again, we stayed over the 4th of July weekend for 5 nights and no major problems.

Very disappointing stay. The surrounding area felt extremely sketchy, with people openly under the influence and hanging around the front of the property. The rooms were outdated, the furniture was old, and there were no deadbolts on the doors, which made us feel very unsafe. We had to leave our first room because it smelled strongly of cat urine. The second room had a plant growing out of the AC, and the air coming from the unit smelled terrible. After staying here, we left with numerous bites all over our ankles. We cannot confirm they were bed bugs, but we were concerned enough to report it to the property. Unfortunately, they did not seem interested in addressing the issue. To top it off, “housekeeping” was knocking on our door around 10 PM, which was completely inappropriate. Overall, between the cleanliness issues, possible pest problem, poor maintenance, lack of security, and unsafe-feeling surroundings, I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

This property was so over priced, the room floor was dirty needed to be swept and mopped, the bed only had a sheet and a thin bed spread no blanket, we went out and bought a blanket to use. The bed was actually really comfortable the best feature in the room, they are doing renovations but they are not the best craftsmanship. Have stayed in places that I did not pay a lot for that were outdated but was very clean, this was expensive and not clean, towels smelled clean but had stains on them. I would not go to this motel again.
