"We didn’t know there was a 24 months construction project on the area surrounding. The days we awoke to construction. A note was slipped under the door at 10pm notifying us of a scheduled electrical outage the next morning from 8am - 2pm. We had plans to hang at the hotel and use the pool that day. It’s out of the hotels control but very expensive for an inconvenience due to construction. Staff was not knowledgeable and not able to articulate how the paid parking in connecting garage worked so we had need up being billed and also paying at the garage. Amy was amazing. She was able to refund parking and give us access to the 8th floor lounge due to the outage. She is very helpful - 2 other staffers were not helpful and lacked knowledge of logistics of the hotel."

"Hotel is in a great spot for the scenery. What I didn't like was getting charged for parking due to construction. I had to pay for parking where I had parked there before at no charge.. Younger outsiders sneaking in to use the infinity pool was a problem. Price gouging always seems to be an issue with hotels in this area. Prices always seem to double or triple the amounts depending on what's going on there. I turned in 5 stubs for a reward of 2500 points for my stay, but I was only rewarded for 2 stubs. Hopefully my next stay I'll get to see a difference."
