“Firstly, great location. Perfect for visiting Hammersmith. The beds themselves were fine. However, one toilet was blocked and overflowed. I reported this twice to the receptionist who did absolutely nothing. Toilet water all over the floor of the bathroom. Was also incredibly hot at night during the heatwave.”

“It is a bit difficult for me to accurately review as I never actually got to see the room that I booked. The building was clean, modern and secure. Handily placed from the tube line and a few eateries in the near vicinity. I thought it was going to be a great option.
Check in was due to be 3pm. I arrived slightly early and told that my room was not yet ready. Fair enough, and not an issue. I was asked to wait in the foyer.
