“Service, staff and quality here, Above and beyond”

“They were one of the nicest staff I have ever met. The valet workers were the most welcoming and always smiling, the admin staff were very flexible and sweet, especially when we didn’t like the room we had, they gave us a better room at a very reasonable rate. The breakfast was also very nice with soft ambiance. I would 100% come back and I definitely recommend this hotel.”

“The staff was always courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable. I had no issues and would stay there again.”

“The hot tub was amazing to relax in after a long day. The room was great, plenty of water provided, robes, a nice warm blanket helped me to sleep better. The bathroom has everything you need toothbrush toothpaste shower gel shampoo hair conditioner. Really lovely place. And free parking! We would stay again”

“Super duper clean room, beautiful spaces In the lobby absolutely gorgeous very high end luxurious areas, standard rooms itself was amazing very close by to the famous Marmara shopping centre 1 stop by the metro bus”

“I stayed there for 5 nights, in this budget range, the room is clean and comfortable for business trip, but the internet speed is quite slow, I have to run my laptop in whole night to update email, wish they can improve this point. Shopping mall and supermarket are nearby for 10mis by walking, Tuyup exhibition center is 5~6 bus stop away”

“房間有煙味，毛巾，床單都破洞 ，客房經理很自大，不知道是在跩幾點的”

“It was an amazing experience to interact with the staff specially the receptionists. Kheira is very kind and lovely and our conversations were so engaging. Onur and Orhan were also very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for making our stay at the hotel very remarkable!”
