Op het complex zijn veel tredes en ongelijke delen, dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht te been zijn. De kamers zijn schoon, functioneel ingericht, met eigen balkon of terras en schoonmaak is goed. We kregen gedurende de week dat we er waren echter geen schoon beddengoed. “I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town. “My friend and I booked an apartment, it was a good size had everything we wanted the only negative was we didn’t realise it was a walk from the main hotel but the staff were very helpful with our bags meaning we only needed to walk to hotel once a day. Had dinner at the hotel one night food was excellent. Breakfast you could choose how you wanted your eggs and rest continental breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean and peaceful, beautiful landscaped gardens were lovely to sit out in and……

“La habitación mediocre manchas de pintura la puerta del lavabo lamentable no podíamos abrirla del todo por que pegaba en el inodoro, sillas y mesa del balcón llenas de pintura, en el lavabo ni un solo enchufe de corriente la lamparilla de la mesita de noche no funcionaba los enchufes de la habitación solo había uno y era casi inaccesible etc.”

“New towels every night, during the day at the pool they came with hand cloths and choc ices on occasion. Plenty loungers and canopys, also towels for loungers were large and changed daily. Great selection for breakfast, bottled water supplied everyday to room if existing was depleted.”

“It is on the beach. We arrived late in the evening! Next morning I ask the gal in charge about getting some service for our room. She indicated that was not available there. I also ask re towel service. No wash clothes. Only 2 small bath towels a day. Some of them came with holes in the towels and were very stiff due to washing ! House keepers were amazing and would step up for what we needed !!! We loved the singer in the evening. Too bad there was only a handful of people……
