“I had a really enjoyable stay here and would happily return. The staff were fantastic throughout my stay. Vinicius was kind, polite, friendly, and always happy to help. There was also another member of staff whose name I unfortunately didn't get. She had mousy blonde hair and was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and a real credit to the hotel. The hotel and my room were spotless. Everything was exceptionally clean, the room was comfortable, and the temperature was well maintained. The……

“The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Our thanks to all the staff!”

“My only problem was the AC in the room, did not work on my last night. Not sure why they had to send me a fan. Other than that everything was great location wise and access to beach was easy”

“Very clean and tidy, cleaners cleaned every single day, bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, highly recommend. If you’re going out on the new town strip, it’s about a 15min walk or a £3 uber, and because of the 24hr reception, means you can leave your key with reception and collect on return to save losing when out and about.”

“The location is really nice and quiet. Short walk to near by restaurants and supermarkets. Prices are reasonable outside the resorts and I would not say the resorts prices are expensive. There are a variety of places to snack and drink. Plenty of things to do for the kids at the pool and playgrounds (football ground, ping-pong, pool tables etc…) The staff is very welcoming and it makes the stay very relaxed. The room is very spacious and fully kitted and very clean. The beds are comfortable……

“The Portuguese were awesome!! Lovely people ❤️ The only issues were with some employees from the country of MGM owner. Some were rude and not professional. I think this hotel should focus on hiring the bests - portugese - and avoid bringing workwrs from MGM owner native country.”

“Both the hotel and the room were in good condition: clean, well-maintained, and relatively new. As for the staff, the front desk staff was generally distant and, at times, even unfriendly; however, the staff in the lounge and dining room during breakfast was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was varied and of good quality.”

“Rooms a bit dated but overall a very pleasant stay. Staff were lovely and could not have been any more helpful. Would stay here again.”
