The rooms were very nice. They were spacious with comfortable beds and the separate sitting area was a great bonus!! The thing to know about this hotel. All rooms look out the window to an interior wall. No room windows look outide.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. There were a couple of small room disrepair issues that were surprising for a facility with the name Hilton associated with it. The lobby and welcoming area were really top notch. It gave a safe feeling.

The location in downtown was great, but downtown Indy is dirty, lots of homeless everywhere you go, expensive parking and restaurants. The hotel smelled like smoke when we first walked in, our bathroom door didn’t lock and the tub didn’t drain. The nicest thing about the hotel is having valet to park my car and bring it to me. It’s super expensive but nice when it’s raining you’re tired from walking.

This property is located near many shops, attractions and restaurants. I always re-disinfect my room and it was hair all over the desk top and chair. The paint was clipped off pretty bad over the shower head. You have to pay for valet parking at this location and whenever I return to the location I would have to look for the person working to give them my keys. My son stay at the Embassy Suite by Hilton that was located close by and it is better kept as well as the complementary breakfast was better there. Parking there was better because they have a parking garage that you self park.

We loved the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was fantastic as well. We also loved our rooms, which were well supplied with everyting we needed.

Broke a glass on the carpet in the room and asked the front desk for a vacuum to clean up the small pieces. They left me a broom and dust pan by my door and when I asked if they had a vacuum they said it wouldn’t work. Neither did the broom. Also could not find a place to park on my own and the valet cost $42. It was raining so the satellite continued to loose signal. It did seem clean and safe though.

Loved the location! Right in the heart of DT. Nice and quiet room with all the amenities including a large refrigerator. Didn’t like extra $$!charges for parking, and the free breakfast was one of the worst I’ve been offered.
