“We booked a room over the weekend. Somehow the booking was scheduled wrong by Expedia and the hotel was SO accommodating. They realized the mistake was not ours and were MORE than willing to work with us and they even gave us a very decent discount. The morning/day time manager at the Fairfield Inn in Fairburn, Georgia on May 3rd, was outstanding in how she handled our situation. Thank you for taking care of us!”

“We showed up to the property and the host told us she knew nothing about our reservation. We called the host, she said to call VRBO.”

“Great place to stay for a travel overnight. Bed was very comfortable and nice bedding.”

“Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. It’s jarring going from the smelly dark hallways into the apartment. Parking is pricey and I saw people camped out/possibly living in the garage on two occasions. The neighborhood is mixed-……

“Everything about our stay was excellent.”

“The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. ”
