Great stay. Very convenient location short walk to downtown Gresham. Front desk was very helpful booked the room and was ready in less then a hour. Comfy bed, clean room and the hot water works lol. If you need a quick convenient stay in Gresham this is it.

The Grand Hotel is truly grand. Beautiful lobby, very nice staff, clean rooms, easy access off I-5 (but no noise), free and ample parking. We will stay again if any future trips to the Portland area are planned.

We weren't sure what to expect for a reasonable priced hotel near PDX but we were amazed at how nice this little hotel was. The suite was ready for a weeklong stay with a nice small kitchen with real plates, glassware, pots and the works. We only stayed one night. Nice size fridge and nicely decorated room (May 2017). Great small hotel with a nice comp breakfast, separate indoor pool house and grills for guests. Staff was always friendly and we'd love to stay here again.

I think it was great. No vending machines, killer idea. And what makes it great to is the staff. One lady in particular, young, had these long ears on like an elf cause it was Christmas Day. SHE ! Makes it great. Upbeat, friendly , informative. She’s a keeper.
