"The property is really run down. Busted tiles, ripped carpeting, beat up furniture and walls, and stained shower. The sheets were clean, but the rest of the room felt dirty, including the floors. The front desk staff during the day were really pleasant, but the evening staff didn’t know what they were doing. I overheard a woman say that she went into her room after check in and someone was already in it! Really disorganized. "

"Under new ownership that’s in the process of renovating, so a work in progress. Our room was renovated, with new comfortable bed, nice decor, new bathroom, mini-fridge + microwave, new furniture (although one cabinet drawer was already falling apart), but still had old dingy carpeting in the room and hallways, plus room door and hallway door locks were old, wobbly, and did not inspire confidence. Outside appearance definitely does not inspire confidence, as the building looks disheveled, the parking lot is full of potholes, and the neon sign with the old motel name is still up (but unlit at night) with a small paper sign with the new name pasted underneath (also unlit at night). The Expedia description said the front desk was staffed till 10pm, but upon arrival at 9:30pm a notice indicated it was only till 9pm, so the check-in process then involved the confusing use of a Ring doorbell to communicate with someone who was difficult to understand, taking photos of your driver’s license and credit card to text to them, a long wait (10min) for a room assignment where you weren’t sure what (if anything) was going on, and then finally being directed to a lockbox to retrieve the room key. All very confusing and worrying after a long tiring day of driving. As I said, the place is very much a work in progress. But the price was right, and they are clearly making an effort, so I wish them well."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We have stayed here in the past (two adults), and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future."

"Room was clean and very nice! Bed was comfortable. The curtains actually kept the sunlight out in the early morning! Water pressure in the shower was great!! Water was extremely hot and there was plenty of it for a long shower!! Breakfast was nice!! Coffee was really good!! Staff was friendly! "
