“Very good hotel, staff amicable and very helpful, I intended to drop down luggage in early morning at 9:00but to my surprise they told me I could check in because the room had been ready. Clean and food was good as well.”

“Convenient location not far from Heathrow to book for the night after our afternoon arrival from Australia. We discovered the town of Marlow was a lovely spot to explore along the River Thames, which was an added bonus. Room was clean and comfortable, and we slept well after our long journey. Excellent breakfast, so many delicious options and fried eggs cooked to order. Highly recommend!”

“I booked a room for one night.
I was allocated room 440.
The room was unbearably hot and was uninhabitable as a consequence.
Despite my protestations I was unable to move rooms and ended up having to sleep in the car.
I ended up asking for a refund which is yet to be forthcoming.
I am waiting to hear from the nanager”

“沙发床太单薄了，还好是孩子睡。淋浴头接口漏水。沐浴液瓶都是散开的，没有洗手液。赶上英国假期，人太多，餐厅爆满，没啥服务。外部环境还不错，离温莎城堡也比较近。”
