“The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then.
On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches.
The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in.
The apartment is tired and could do with a layer……

“We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information.
The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. ”

“Handy location approximately 900m from Windsor castle, able to leave car parked and walk. Large apartment with 3 great sized bedrooms. We only had data access on our phones so only way of contacting was through email. No reply from owner when we had questions in regards to use of television. No aircon so very hot when weather warms up. Be aware this is a third floor apartment only accessible by stairs.”

“This apartment is very conveniently situated for travelers arriving by train - only abut 5 minutes' walk from Windsor/Eton Riverside station. Windsor Castle is a 10 minute walk away.
It is well equipped with most things you might need during your stay. The washer/dryer combo in the kitchen is a great perk.
It is, however, situated on a busy street corner, and the windows are not particularly soundproof, so if you're noise sensitive or a light sleeper this might not be the place for you.……

"In my view the best hotel for a stopover pre or between flights. Most of the hotels on the LHR northern perimeter road are tired and have seen better days. RR is an exception. Courteous and helpful staff, excellent very clean room and shower and a decent bar and restaurant."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of the terminals. The room is a little small, but it is perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. The breakfast is excellent, and I would highly recommend adding it to your booking. However, the carpet is quite thick, which makes it difficult to pull large or heavy luggage. I actually hurt my left arm and shoulder while trying to move my suitcase across it. This is something the hotel may want to consider, especially for guests travelling with large luggage."
