“看到這麼多網路的複評，考慮很久才預定這間飯店，因為他的地點對我真的非常的方便。第一天看到老舊的設備，真的後悔。但洗了的熱水澡之後躺在乾淨的床上，沒有時差的睡到天亮。 Staff 的服務很好，也很專業。需要什麼櫃檯有求必應。 可以停車 可以寄放行李 櫃檯24小時有人 設備老舊而且簡陋但不會很髒 每天都有人倒垃圾，換毛巾鋪床單 付這樣的房價，沒什麼要抱怨的”

“非常惊喜的体验！成为了这两周多旅行单价最便宜的酒店，非常划算，而且能够在伦敦住到这样干净整洁的地方是很难得的，特别是我们预订的时候已经是旅行的前两天，真的很惊喜。首先最需要表扬的是，酒店的位置特别好，首先是处于伦敦的西北的二区，观察了一下我觉得是一个居民区吧，晚上很晚的时候回去也还是比较安全的，没出过什么事情，这个是最重要的。然后更好的是，酒店居然地铁站非常非常近，就走个平路一分钟就可以啦！在伦敦这样的大城市真的是非常重要了！ 然后房间虽小，但是五脏俱全，有空调，七七八八的设施都有，卫生间也是非常干净整洁的，服务人员也是很好的，24小时，很方便。唯一我们有一点不满意的是，把我们安排在了G层的房间，旁边就是大马路，稍微有一点吵吧，但是如果在分配房间的时候能够和前台人员说一下应该就不会分到窗口了。总体是相当推荐的！值得入住！”

“Overall it was good enough for what I needed it for. The room itself wasn’t the best looking place. The lights in the toilet was really dim so it was a struggle to see. There were holes in the wall and huge chunks dug out the plasterboard. Plug for the tv was stretched across the wall to the nearest socket, if it got caught on someone walking by or moving luggage then that tv would defo come off the wall. Turn on the tap and the water would slide out the sink straight onto the floor and there……

“Had to have maintenance attend the room for around an hour to fix the shower hose (cracked) the air con (wasn’t working) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom (wouldn’t turn off and was blazing hot on a 30 degree day). Room was ok in terms of cleanliness but I cleaned some marks off walls myself because it was off putting. Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh.”

“Perfect location if you need to stay near a tube station tons of shops unfortunately was a bit let down by the stay because when I checked in the bed that was assigned to me clearly still had not been turned over was given another bed and had left for the evening and when I returned someone was occupying it. So since it was late and no staff around I took one of the other beds that weren't turned over yet but empty to be able to sleep. The mattress needs to be swapped out as there is no cushion……
