“The hotel with en-suite facilities is pleasant enough and relatively conveniently located. But some of the guests who stay there leave a lot to be desired. On the day of my check in, after leaving my bags in the basement I wanted to use the lift to go back upstairs but a rather obnoxious lady who was already in the lift had to nerve to tell me to use the stairs. I don’t know who she thought she was. Please screen your guests before checking them in. Thanks.”

“The room was so filthy! Hair in the bed, tissue on the floor, etc. They changed my room but the new one was still old, dirty, and walls so thin I could have transcribed the neighbours' conversations! Noise until about 3am, woke up at 7, showered in the filthiest of shared bathroom you've ever seen and went to another hotel. Lost a night but never mind, this was not of acceptable standard. How they still have their 2 stars is a mystery to me!”
