“I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea. Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice.”

“This property was difficult to locate. The building numbers are not well lit and it was confusing for uber drivers both times I used them. The condo itself was beautiful and clean with a convenience store very close.”

“Great location. Very comfortable. furnishings. Highly recommend. Note: If you have a car, be careful when using overnight street parking as someone attempted to break into our car.”

“Great place. Recommended. Better than hotel for sure.”

“The location is excellent - in a great neighborhood with lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Zuni street brewing is right next door with different food truck options every night. The apartment is bright with large windows and a deck with views of downtown.”

“This was a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and downtown. The view of the skyline was gorgeous. We will definitely consider staying here for future trips to Denver. ”

“Great location. Great communication with host. Very clean.”

“nearby brewery, close to restaurants, nice neighborhood”

“Beautiful condo! Would definitely stay again!”

“It was a great experience.”

“A great Denver downtown stay. Very clean with a comfortable bed and two extra roll away beds. There is a parking garage underneath that you can pay to park in. They didn’t let us know about needing to pay for until a few hours before check in but we paid and it was worth it. There are some restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again. The owner was extremely responsive to messages.”

“We have stayed at Espadin in Denver several times and have always enjoyed our stay overall. This last time was a disappointing in terms of the cleanliness and condition of the unit. There was hair in the sink and the shower in the bathroom and it looked like there was a quick cleaning pass over the rest of the unit. Also, the sheets on the bed and pillows were awful. Finally, the hoops I had to go through just to rent the unit were cumbersome to say the least, especially since we had already……

“Corners of the bed a bit dangerous. Both of us have bruises on our legs from hitting the edge off the bed frame. ”

“Great place. We’ll stay here again. ”

“Had a great stay was close to the wedding venue. Was nice clean place. We had family dinners who live”

“It was loud next to the freeway. I had to go buy earplugs.”

“The unit was nice, beds comfortable and the location can't be beat for the price. Issues that others may want to take into account include: street and hall noise, this wasn't bad but was noticeable. The primary bedroom's blinds did not go all the way down the window so there was a good amount of light let in at night. Since we were on the 5th floor there wasn't really a privacy concern. The shower water pressure and heat was less than ideal but for a 3 day trip it was fine. Again, we had a great……
