"Very comfortable room. Definitely needs remodeling. Quiet and nice location. Staff was efficient and polite. Our disappointment was there was no restaurant, bar, coffee in the lobby, no microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby. The microwave was not clean,so decided not to use it. I asked for an extra blanket and was told not available. The light on the ceiling in the room blinked from 2am to 3am, yet was covered with black tape. So not sure if it was internet, an alarm or a camera. But that was disturbing. And lastly, the pool was supposed to be heated however, was very cold."

"Overall, my experience was excellent! The front desk staff, especially the lady working the morning shift, was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. This was my first time staying at Hyatt with complimentary breakfast included, and I was very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again!"

"My family and I had a great stay while we were in the area for a dance convention! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had in a long time. We especially appreciated the veggie omelets and turkey sausage! Elham was attentive, friendly and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Great host, beautiful property, very clean, easy check in, great views of the lake, beautiful neighborhood for walks, easy access to town and highway. Very quiet. Everything you would need was thought of even a bed side fan for those of us who sleep with white noise. Would highly recommend this host and this property. We hope to stay again next year."
