So the pictures on the website definitely need to be updated. I got a deluxe suite and the pictures did not match what our room looked like in the photos. It showed that we had a nice large open kitchen area with a stove, cooktop, stove, and a regular size coffee pot the kitchen area was nothing like that. There was no full-size coffee pot. It was a Keurig an the Keurig was not very easy to use like most Keurig. I did reach out to the hotel Monte Carlo and she poured me that they did not have any regular sized coffee pots and we went over to use the rooftop pool and they were cleaning rooms and in the storage area where they keep the supplies there were tons of regular sized coffee pots. Also, the outlets in the room need to be replaced or looked at. We had some outlets and the outlets that we had half of them worked an half of them did not, the alarm clocks had outlets and charging areas, but those did not work. We had a nice little balcony that had chairs, but there were no tables out on the balcony so for the price I would say I wouldn’t stay there again. The rooms/condos just need to be really updated and the website needs to reflect the correct accuracy of the room that you’re getting because from the website definitely did not match the room that we received.

Was not happy at all. We paid for an ocean view with king size beds only to get in our room and have two queen beds and a city view. The beds are not comfortable at all, they felt like sleeping on sand bags. We asked about getting a room that we paid for but the staff said, “I’m sorry but we no longer have those rooms”!! I was so upset, and wanted to just leave. The food was pretty good in the pizzeria but unbelievably expensive. Went for breakfast and it was extremely expensive also and we both got so sick after breakfast. Definitely not a good experience all around. Would not recommend!

Parking was easy if they had spots.

Great view close to all the shops rooms were clean
