“Horrible. The property totally misrepresented the amenities. The hot tub, sauna and pool were out of commission for months. None of those amenities were available. I canceled but the place refused to give me my money back saying I missed the 24 hour cancelation period. Yes, after booking they sent an an email late at night saying those amenities weren't available and I had 24 hours to check my email and then cancel. Stay far away from this property. ”

“Great location in lovely Fernie. Unfortunately there were a few issues. The hot tub was under construction which we knew before we got there. The dishwasher was not working. The property manager offered to fix it the day before we left but we said no at that point. The dryer takes hours to dry even the smallest load. The property manager said to use the community dryer which we would have to pay to use. The air conditioner works well but it is very loud in the living room but especially on the...

“We highly recommend this property. The unit is so clean and equipped with everything you would need. Though we brought our own but were happily surprised with what the property offers. And the view all around is just spectacular. The only regret we have is that we only have one night stay, but we will be back- to have more time to bask in the beauty of the place. Thank you!”
