“This place is incredible. The room is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning. We were fortunate enough to be in room 3 on the second floor with big windows looking out at the mountains. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Fernie. Would highly recommend!”

Frederica (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) was very helpful and very friendly. With a big smile on her face she told me all the summer activities that were happening during my stay. “This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself……
