“I have stayed in this hotel during both the winter and summer seasons, and let me say that I would come back here every time I visit Fernie BC. The staff is always extremely welcoming and friendly. Frederica (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) was very helpful and very friendly. With a big smile on her face she told me all the summer activities that were happening during my stay. The room was very clean (as always) and the bed was like a dream! super comfortable to lay on after a long……

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself……

“The room with hot tub and bed in loft was terrible no room or spot for suitcases one little couch for relaxing. Cramped and very inconvenient especially for anyone that needs bathroom at night as it is downstairs from the bed”
