“Great location in lovely Fernie. Unfortunately there were a few issues. The hot tub was under construction which we knew before we got there. The dishwasher was not working. The property manager offered to fix it the day before we left but we said no at that point. The dryer takes hours to dry even the smallest load. “Literally 100 feet to the chairlift. So convenient and relaxing.”

“Horrible. The property totally misrepresented the amenities. The hot tub, sauna and pool were out of commission for months. None of those amenities were available. I canceled but the place refused to give me my money back saying I missed the 24 hour cancelation period. Yes, after booking they sent an an email late at night saying those amenities weren't available and I had 24 hours to check my email and then cancel. Stay far away from this property. ”

“Well appointed, no instructions for managing heat/cool and boiler (in basement? or in apartment?) on and off every few minutes (all night long for three nights). Clean, quite small and very dark. Bedside or low level lamps would be helpful. ”
