“Pluses - Nice big comfortable rooms.
Minuses - Noise from the hallway or next room. Also, they didn't clean the room or bathroom even though I left a placard out requesting service. We had to ask for clean towels from the front desk everyday.”

“Some channels on the TV could not get a signal and a lot of them had a picture but no sound.
People/kids in the pool until 11:00pm making a lot of noise.
And refrigerator starts making a loud whistling sound at 10:00pm, maintenance had to find another one to replace it and brings one that is dirty/dusty.”

“Summertime, in Minnesota, the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. Had to sleep with the windows open to cool the room down.
The hallway carpeting had deteriorated, and the door entry lock was broke. Had to use only one door to get in the building.”
