"Check in was quick and easy. The day desk staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice, although the mattress was a bit too springy and our room was right next to the elevator so we heard the doors opening and closing as well has other guests in the hall all throughout the night. The pool was nice and well maintained and overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"I booked this hotel for my girlfriend and I to enjoy a night away from home. I specifically booked this hotel because of the hot tub which was out of order the entire time. We went to dinner at Insignia in Smithtown, next time I'll just book a hotel in Smithtown without a hot tub to save money on the Uber. We wanted to watch The Crash on Netflix, but unfortunately the TV could not connect to the network and maintenance wasn't available. We just played on our phones and sat in the hotel room. I would say the best part of the experience was good water pressure, but that should be expected. We often stay at the Hilton in Riverhead, near Splish Splash, and it's always a great experience, except for when we had dozens of fruit flies in our morning apple & orange juice one time. I'm calling a quits on all Hiltons. They have been a steady disappointment in my hotel experiences."

"The room was very nice size and the beds were comfortable, perfect for our family of 4. The pool was warm and kids had fun. The conference rooms were very messy for the end of the day, but it was a busy weekend so probably the staff couldn’t keep up. As well there was no common space we could share a pizza with our small company of friends, so we had to use our friend’s room. The elevators were surprisingly slow and we chose to just use stairs most of the time."
