"The staff were friendly and helpful. The location made getting into downtown Lincoln really easy and it was far enough away from downtown to where we did not see homeless people until getting a few miles away from the hotel. The facility is a bit run down. The room needs the walls cleaned up as they were dirty."

"We have stayed at this location multiple times over the past 4 years and until this stay it has always been lovely. The property was clean and well maintained. I don't know if there is new management but the hotel was filthy. The hallways needed to be vacuumed, there was overflowing trash and bags of trash on the floor next to the ice machine all weekend long. Paint cans were stacked next to the vensing machines in the main hall. Our room was okay but again floors were not cleaned very well and the vent in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been wiped off in months. The breakfast used to be better with eggs and sausage. It was very disappointing and we have really enjoyed our stays at that property in the past but we will not stay there again. We were not the only customers that felt this way as we found out via a conversation with another guest in the elevator."

"The hotel staff were very rude with kids being in the lobby. They now require you to buy all alcohol from the bar. I do believe this is a city ordinance and not just the hotel trying to siphon money. Parking is an absolute joke. The hotel has seen better days and is in need of a serious remodel."
