“We stayed in the handicap room for 3 nights. It appeared to be recently refreshed, There was a huge TV on the wall. Chair and ottoman need replacing. I don't think cleaning it at this point would help. There seem to be a lot of contractors that stay there during the week so that may explain the dirty chair. The bed was very comfortable and pillows seemed new. All linen and towels were clean. Nice thick towels. Very water pressure in shower and hot water. There is no cabinet with the sink to set……

“Clean room and linens, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. I would stay there again. The lobby and hallway smelled really nice but they should put the smell in the rooms because the smell in there wasn’t very good at first till I sprayed with Lysol.”

“Communication was a problem. When checking in the clerk gave us a key to a room and we opened the door and it was already occupied. Next, he gave us a key for a room on the second floor with 2 queen beds and no working fridge (also, the beds were made up with the sheet on the outside of the bed on top of the blanket, with no spread on top stranger.) The third key he gave us was to a room with a king bed and working fridge which is what was ordered, so we took it. It is a good thing that we were……
