“We had a really great stay at Cloudland at McLemore Resort. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and the views were truly the highlight—absolutely breathtaking and so peaceful. The heated infinity pool was also a big win for us and made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be around the food. There aren’t a lot of options on the menus, overall we found the meals to be just okay. If we return (which we definitely would), we’d probably venture off property for more……

"The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The front desk was very friendly."
