“On arrival checked room and found several lights that did not work. Also observed that the fan in the bathroom was not working. I let the front desk know but nothing was ever done to repair the problems. The next day when we tried to use the shower we discovered that the hot water worked great but the cold water was also hot. “This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. We were greeted with bowls of amazing chicken soup and crusty bread.. so thoughtful as she knew just we needed after a long chilly drive. We had a great evening enjoying the beautiful B&B. Breakfast the next morning was truly standing ovation worthy. We sat overlooking a beautiful snowy scene with some many different varieties of birds flying by to say Hi! Make sure you……

“The Hotel was absolutely 100% rude & unprofessional. My wife & I decided to get a room downtown for a friends 40th birthday. Check in wasn't untill 4pm... we showed up at 9.pm giving them plenty of time to have our room together & ready. We walk in luggage in hand ready to have a good everything together with some friends only tonbe told they have no room available for us anymore.. we were left to scramble @ 930 on a Saturday downtown to find other accommodations. Completely unacceptable. 0……
