The GM stated they are independently owned therefore they do not care to refund me my money even though I did not stay !!! Expedia supervisors were gracious e ugh to to refund me 75 percent of what I paid …if you value your safety do not !!!! Book a room here- did o mention the man with a pike of clothes in a plastic bag ? We took our own trash out daily. The breakfast was not what we thought. We was there a week it was the same breakfast every day with no variety. And the pool was advertised as heated which is the only reqson we choose that hotel and it in fact was not heated which made ulit where we was unable to use it. That was disappointing. And tgen Thanksgiving night and Friday night there was some hockey player on our floor playing hockey in the hall till late. And and loud music on Friday night.
