“Had a 2 o'clock reservation which coming from PA was perfect except when I got there was told under no circumstances do they have a 2 o'clock check in so had to wait an extra 2 hours to check in only to find out they let a family member check 3 rooms for early check in at 2 . Not cool . It was the same staff member handling these reservations.”

“Let's just say you get what you pay for. The room was $87 for 2 nights. Centraly located to venues near Detroit. No other amenities. It smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I had to purchase my own towels as I wasn't going to use the ones provided on my body. I cleaned the air-conditioner filter and bought clorox wipes to clean the room. I did see a mouse scurry towards a corner. We stayed because there wasn't any chance for a refund and there were no signs of any bugs.”
