We should have mapped our route straight to the garage instead of trying to find the apartment. By the time we got parked we were so turned around that we couldn’t find the apartment. Staff so helpful and the fridge useful as so hot. The hotel itself was fabulous but in the building there was property maintenance on other floors which left cables out and dusty floors. There is not a 24 hr desk here, so they were going to leave our keys for us and instructions with codes on how to get in. The rooms were a pleasant surprise, newly renovated, and we were provided with water in the mini fridge and fully stocked coffee bar. Very close to all sights in Florence. The only drawback was we were on a main street and it got rowdy outside once or twice, but never disturbed our sleep.
