“My personal information was sent out to people that were not on this trip with me. I reached out to the hotel countless times and no one responded. I called and emailed and they kept saying they’d have a manager reach out to me and no one did. I was hounded by the person who my information was sent to, they accused me (rightfully so) of using their information etc. it was not my doing and it was the hotel and they did not reach out to me to explain what happened. “Comfortable , good size rooms and free breakfast”

“Buildings are run down and smell is questionable. Our bedroom had dried blood on the sheets. Our room had attachments on the shower wall and the wall by the sink to which dispensers should have been attached. They were removed. Checking in was awful. We were handed our keys, after showing ID and signing papers. She told us nothing. We asked for our room number. Then we had to ask how to get there. Then we had to ask where to park. Finally, we had to ask for the breakfast location. It was……
