We had some major plumbing problems at home, so stayed here to have running water. Everything was impeccable, wonderful, and customer-centric. We have stayed here several times and enjoy our stay each time!

When making reservations I was VERY specific that I needed shower with handicap access and 2 queen beds with an adjoining room (or very close) to my brother and his wife that also wanted 2 queen beds (as she just had surgery and needed own bed) and NOT one king. The day before our arrival the Manager called to confirm our reservations and review our room needs. Yet, when we checked in their room was down the hall and had the handicap shower and one king bed, my father and I had the 2 queen beds but NOT the handicap shower (he is 95 and needs a bench in the shower). THerefore my brother and sister-in-law did not like their room and I was not pleased. It was a wase of time twice to go over room needs when they could not be accommodated. When we asked at the front desk they said "Sorry, things had changed and they could not accommodate any changes." Also, our room was on the first floor, and had the back exit convenient to coming and going, but our room key (which was supposed to open up the exit door) did not work. We talked to the front desk, and they said they would take care of it. Never did. Will not stay with LaQuinta again.
