Let me start by stating that Bonnie (front desk) is absolutely wonderful and clearly has significant knowledge of her position and is one of the most pleasant people I’ve engaged with in over 30 years of travel. The breakfast team was also awesome and worked hard everyday to ensure guests were taken care of and offerings were stocked. As for this hotel and my stay, let’s start with the room cleaning schedule, which is supposed to be every other day. Well, I stayed for 10 nights and my room was cleaned twice, and both of those were only because I had to request it. The carpet in the hallway just outside my door wasn’t vacuumed the entire time I was there as debris was everywhere and remnants of food/drink spill remained the entire stay. Same with elevator floors. Such a shame for a hotel that’s only been open for ~6 months. Laundry facility closed because washing machine had been damaged and no seeming effort to repair anytime soon. Just doesn’t seem like there’s strong leadership or attention paid to overall management of this property.
