“I had an excellent experience.
The landlord, Qin, was very enthusiastic and helpful in solving our problems.
The property I stayed in was located on the first floor, right next to the reception.
The room wasn’t very big but was cozy and warm.
It had a bathtub with plenty of hot water available.
The Wi-Fi wasn’t lightning-fast, but it was sufficient—I even managed to host a phone meeting one morning.

“The property was excellently situated just around the corner from the Minster. The rooms are well presented with everything you need and staff are very helpful. The pub down stairs is well stocked and a nice environment to be in. Jane was amazing and very generous on our arrival to take our bags in early so we could make the most of our time in York. “The hosts Julie and Chris are very nice. Warm welcome is delivered and they will show you the ways to the main attractions!!
Hotel breakfast is Yorkshire type and the quality are excellent.
Facilities in room are satisfactory, reliable WIFI is provided. you can also find hair dryer and TV in your room. Toilet area are big enough and hotel water for shower are available.

“Good location and close to old town, parking available with limited space. Good breakfast and the attitude of hosts are cool. Hosts didn't allow to extend the parking to 2-3 hours after check out at 1000. Their check in time is after 1500 and the hosts reject the request looks cold attitude. It's the first time we didn't allow the parking extension we stayed in UK for past 5 stops.”

“My family of three stayed in the Nidderdale EnSuite room. It was plenty big enough and the beds were very comfortable. Nice touches included tea and biscuits awaiting our arrival in our room. We did not partake in breakfast due to other plans with family, but I have no doubt it would have been lovely. Amanda had great communication prior to our stay. I would definitely recommend it.”

“This is a lovely quaint, quiet country inn/accomodation, which is on its way to be something special. The welcome, cust service and food were top notch. The owners have just recently taken over and you can see how wonderful this place is going to be, with everything being made future proof.
