“From arriving to leaving Catherine was the best hostess ever. Most helpful with tips re where we could get a good evening meal and short cuts to the park and ride. Choices for breakfast were excellent although we just opted for cereal, yogurt and toast. Rooms are first class. I had a great nights sleep. First class rooms and I will certainly recommend. It was recently refurbished but still really lacking - for example the bathroom was so tiny you could barely fit on the toilet seat without banging your knees on the sink. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. “I had an excellent experience. The landlord, Qin, was very enthusiastic and helpful in solving our problems. The property I stayed in was located on the first floor, right next to the reception. The room wasn’t very big but was cozy and warm. It had a bathtub with plenty of hot water available. The Wi-Fi wasn’t lightning-fast, but it was sufficient—I even managed to host a phone meeting one morning. The bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable and clean. “Good location and close to old town, parking available with limited space. Good breakfast and the attitude of hosts are cool. Hosts didn't allow to extend the parking to 2-3 hours after check out at 1000. Their check in time is after 1500 and the hosts reject the request looks cold attitude. It's the first time we didn't allow the parking extension we stayed in UK for past 5 stops.”
