“I will not return! Not clean breakfast area was dirty..bed was ok”

“When we first checked in we were sent to a room that had a terrible odor in it. My husband spoke with the desk clerk and he was very kind and immediately offered to move us across the hall. When entering the second room, it was such a pleasant smell. Very clean and nice room. He did take the time to walk into the first room as and he was certainly able to smell the odor. He apologized and said he would make a note of the odor. Im sure he turned in a work order for the first room. ”

“Conveniently located. Pet friendly. Offers breakfast.”

“Room was bed to sleep in, shower and TV. No wifi that worked, poolwas frog pond, energy saving attempts annoying. Senor sink wouldn't stay on unless u held finger over sensor. Shower twice as long due to water saver head. No lamps. In pics online, lamps on walls and over mirror by sink. No more, one light recessed for bed area, one for sink area. Both bright and inconvenient. Oh then lost hot water last morning before leaving..asked Expedia to flag it as its NOTTTT anything like pictures or……

“The host was great at communicating. The house was nice and the area was as well. The major issue we had while staying there was that the AC did not work. I communicated with the owner about it and there was basically no solution given just a "sorry". Luckily it was't too hot (78 degrees) But I would have hoped for a resolution or at least a partial refund. ”

“Check in was great . We had a little problem with heat . The gas tank leaked the propane tank was empty. We had to leave the house due to cold weather would rather have stayed there but had to go to motel. Owner was very good to us this is not their fault just something that happened. Everything has been taken care of I highly recommend this property for cuter stays. Ted”
