“The staff was phenomenal! The reason I chose to stay at this hotel was for the hot tub, but when we arrived the hot tub was out of order and the staff went above and beyond to move me to a room with a jetted tub. Absolutely would recommend. ”

“I can't say enough about my stay at the Hotel Katerina. I forgot i was in Chico staying there! All luxurious amenities were thought about when creating this hotel. From the rooftop bar, restaurant and lobby to the soft his and hers robes, in room bar and filtered drop coffee maker, and the comfortable bedding.
