Il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato al quanto deludente, la struttura è datata tanto che sembra rimasta agli anni 80, il condizionatore in camera non funzionava (per accenderlo o spegnerlo bisognava chiamare in portineria, nessuna possibilità di regolazione), la colazione molto scarna il buffer era veramente povero, la piscina termale interna (quella con gli archi in foro) è praticamente poco più grande di una vasca, si salva solamente la piscina esterna.

Bra hotell med otroligt bra personal

Stora rena rum. Otroligt hjälpsam personal, de gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. När en kompis stukade foten fixade dem till och med kryckor. Inte bästa frukosten men den var ok! Enda negativa med rummen var att ACn var väldigt dåligt samt att den endast är igång mellan 12:00-02:00.

hotel molto pulito ed economico.

l'hotel in generale è molto buono, colazione e cena abbondanti , un po' meno la scelta . servizio eccellente ,fanghi e bagni ottimi,piccola piscina ma piacevole.la camera un pò piccola con bagno lo stesso stretto. il personale molto socievole e disponibile. molto silensioso e riposante. per finire io e mia moglie siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

...e la chiamano colazione a buffet...!

Soggiorno abbastanza piacevole per la posizione e la comodità del servizio navetta per la spiaggia, ma con orari poco comodi. Colazione quasi assente.Solo un cornetto a persona e cappuccino dalla macchinetta.Personale della sala per niente disponibile e maleducato.L'unica persona gentile è il ragazzo del servizio navetta.

Hôtel bien situé mais des points à améliorer

L'hôtel est globalement agréable et bien situé (15 minutes à pied du port de Forio ; navette gratuite pour Forio). Le personnel de la réception est cordial et disponible. Mais certains aspects ont quelque peu terni notre séjour : absence d'isolation phonique entre les chambres, fourmis dans la salle de bain, ménage de la douche négligé, petit déjeuner très décevant (biscottes sous cellophane, absence de fruits...) et manque d'amabilité des serveurs, piscine extérieure sale, réseau wi-fi dysfonctionnant. Dommage !

In attesa di miglioramenti

La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era arredata in modo molto spartano e comunque meritevole di miglioramenti non solo dell'arredo ma anche degli impianti igienici. Bella la terrazza con vista verso il mare è molto curato il giardino della struttura con piante esotiche di grande effetto. Buoni gli impianti termali (piscina interna con acqua calda ed esterna con acqua a temperatura ambiente) e l'assistenza del personale addetto. Migliorabile la colazione risultata molto scarsa nella scelta. Buona in generale l'accoglienza da parte del personale ed apprezzabile il parcheggio interno.

Hôtel top, personnel très accueillant !

Une semaine particulièrement agréable dans ce lieu plein de charme, situation un peu en retrait de la ville mais justement parfait ! Personnel très accueillant, un grand merci en particulier à Fortuna.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Siamo arrivati in hotel il 3 agosto e siamo partiti l'11 agosto Avevo prenotato una stanza supereconomy con vista giardino e ci hanno cambiato di stanza spostandoci in una con vista mare senza nessun sovrapprezzo dato che avevano delle camere disponibili. Lo staff é gentilissimo,la cucina molto buona lo consiglio a tutti. La posizione nel complesso é buona, Unica pecca, indipendente dall'hotel sono gli autobus di Ischia che passano quando vogliono loro.

Tutto Perfetto, Stanza, posizione, piscina!

Soggiorno perfetto, la ragazza alla reception è stata gentilissima e cordiale sempre. La camera grande e con vista mare a dir poco eccellente. Letti veramente comodi, la piscina esterna di acqua termale magnifica, un po meno la piscina interna. Colazione abbondante. Insomma sono stato veramente bene. Da ritornarci sicuramente!
