“We have been to Pollensa many times before but always stayed in AirBnbs. As it was our anniversary we chose this hotel and we were not disappointed. The location is superb - just off the main square. Our room had a lovely terrace with a jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee to start the day and a providing a great cooling off dip after a day in the heat. "We had a very pleasant stay at the apartments behind the hotel. The area was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The views were lovely, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We experienced a Wi-Fi issue during the first night, but the hotel handled the situation professionally and kept us updated. The internet was fixed quickly the following afternoon, and everything worked perfectly afterwards. We truly appreciated the staff’s kindness, communication, and quick response.
