“We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. “I’ve now stayed at this house at least 5 different times and through every season of the year. The house is very spacious and cozy. The back porch is a great spot to have meals or to just sit. It’s incredibly close to hiking trails, horse riding, restaurants, and the ski resort. And it’s a quick drive over to La Veta. The house is always incredibly clean, has a great selection of board games, book, cds, vhs, and dvds. It has plenty of bedrooms, a very comfy living room, and plenty of everything...

“No one answered the phone. When I got there, it was clearly being renovated and not ready to take on customers. Not a soul there. I booked it nearly two weeks out, and my getaway was a bust because I couldn't even get in. Why is it up to be booked when it is clearly not ready for customers. Ruined my holiday weekend getaway. Will not recommend.”
