“Comfe”

“Lots of deferred maintenance was noted about the property. Wrinkles in carpet of hallway created a fall hazard. Landline in room did not work. Outlets and c ugh arguing ports were lacking and the ones at bedside did not work at all. Was forced to crawl under desk to locate an outlet that worked to charge phone. Twice called front desk and was placed on hold and forgotten about. Most gym equipment did not work and pool room was abnormally hot. Phone and water cooler in gym didn't work. Access to……

“Room was not cleaned the first night of stay. Towels were not replaced, when they did not have enough clean towels at 4p.m. Will not stay here again.”

“The rooms were very clean. The only problem were the pillows. They were very old and unsupportive. The breakfast was good.”

“This hotel needs to have a designated smoking area, so people who do not smoke have to smell the smoke of people that do. I was lying in the bed and could smell the smoke of people on the outside come under the doorway. they need to have a designated smoking area. This was very irritating to me because I don't smoke and I do not like the smell of cigarette smoke inside the room I am renting.”
