This used to be a Ramada and though the place was aways kind of a dump, the employees were friendly and the location is great, so we always enjoyed staying there. This time the front desk could barely stand to help us (words had to be pulled out) The swimming pool was torn up and there was no longer a complimentary breakfast (which was truly this hotel's saving grace)! We also had a broken lamp in our room which left half of it dark. I can understand that a hotel must at times do remodeling, etc., but we paid an EXORBITANT price for a one night stay! Never again!

Property is currently undergoing renovations to pool area. Keith at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They even went above and beyond when I checked out and had forgotten my cell phone. Keith flagged me down as I was pulling out of the parking garage. Very grateful housekeeping checked the room as soon as I checked out.
