Very clean. We stayed in January &was very quiet. Pool area is very nice. Chairs outside the room was great to sit out with our coffee in the morning. There is also laundry facilities for guests to use. Newly renovated. Our queen room was well equipped. Small for longer than 3 nights. Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

The motel is nice overall. Modest but good location for the price (close to the beach). The main drawback is the bed. Very uncomfortable.

I picked this spot based on its great reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. The room was stylish, comfortable and functional. The property felt like a small tucked away community, and it was an easy 2 minute walk to the beach. For me this was a work trip and the resort was a perfect home away from home.

The location is beautiful and is almost on the beach. The room was perfectly sized for my short stay. My room was on the street side (Ocean) and the traffic did not stop all night. The second night I was able to get to sleep with a white noise app. The property and location was perfect except for the cars racing by, no exaggeration.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean! Offer a goodie room which whatever is left behind is in this room from a cooler to boogie boards and even coffee. Close to beach and a host of shops, restaurants and bars!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

The stuff here is amazing. Manager and owner are the sweetest people and I really appreciate their help and attention to our requests. The place itself is great! Recently upgraded, our 1 bedroom suite was large and nice. Full equipment kitchen made our stay with a toddler so easy. Pool is great, and the location of course ! Close to the beach but far away enough from music. I will definitely be back if we decide to stay in Deerfield beach again. Highly recommend this place! Also, the prices are very decent for what you get in comparison with the prices of the hotels near by.
