This three bedroom, two bath home is just blocks away from great dining, Galleria shops, entertainment, parks and Fort Lauderdale Beach! The comfy master king bedroom has smart tv, walk-in closet and en-suite with access to pool/backyard. The other king guest bedroom also has smart tv and pool access while the third queen guest bedroom has a desk with plenty of natural light and views of the putting green. Living area is open with smart tv and comfortable seating flowing into the open dining for up to eight guests. The cook's kitchen is terrific for making a meal, entertaining or just hanging out at the breakfast bar. Wine fridge, beverage coolers and fully stocked barware make this kitchen a stand out! Outdoor is stunning with heated salt water pool to 88 degrees at all times, outdoor dining for six pool side along with lots of lounge areas for both sunseekers or shade. The putting green and four holes with a sand trap along with putters and light up golf balls giving this vacation home's backyard a step above the competition! This home has it all with style, location and built in entertainment for the entire group!!!
