“A/C was great, I am so happy with the breakfast it is one of the very few hotels that provides this level of service. First time out of state with other people and everything went without a hitch. Staff was always friendly and was able to meet any demand the guests I traveled with had. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the experience. “The office staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean. Beautiful pool. Upper Deck Bar with entertainment was a lot of fun. Below the Upper Deck Bar is a great restaurant right on the water with all glass windows for a great view. The food was excellent and the manager and all of his staff treated us great. Will definitely return for another stay and support the on property Bar and excellent restaurant.”

“Everything was great. It is a houseboat so wasn’t perfect which is expected. The adventure of staying on a houseboat floating in the canal was perfect. All the amenities of a hotel too including the pool. Lots of lizards running around and can fish right off the front or back porch of the boat. AC works great on the hot days. No complaints. Family of 5 fit with more room available. Very close to everything Fort Myers Beach has to offer. ”
